The First MIFlip Conference Is In The Books

Thanks to all of today’s educators that attended the 1st Michigan Flipteaching Conference at Byron Center High School.  We had educators from all over Michigan, at least one from Wisconsin and one from California.  Thanks to our Keynote speaker Brian Bennett (@bennettscience) who also presented sessions on Flipping 101 with David Fouch (@davidfouch)  and Science Flipping with Dan Spencer (@runfardvs) and Doug Ragan (@dragan39).  Special thanks to the following work session presenters Steve Kelly Math Flipping, Greg Reinstein Elective Flipping (@stinesworld1), Delia Bush (DeliaBush) for Elementary Flipping, David Fouch and Karl Lindgren-Streicher (@kls4711) Social Studies Flipping, Melonie Cargill Clintondale Assistant Principal on How to Flip a Whole School, and Cheryl Morris (@guster4lovers), Andrew Thomasson (@thomasson_engl), and April Gudenrath (@agudteach) Flipping English via a On Air Google + Hangout from California, North Carolina and Colorado.  We had many more educators volunteer for the edcamp style sessions too.
